Yogurt?

Your take on yogurt? I absolutely love dannon and americas choice yogurt. While it's low fat and no trans fats, I did take notice of 35g of sugar per serving. It tastes absolutely amazing though! :D Is this normal for yogurt? If not, what yogurt tastes just as good but is healthier, and when during the day should I eat it?

I usually drink *gets the yoghourt* ..
Light Strawberry Mimosa but I'm not sure if u have this yoghurt there. It's really good and tasty though it makes me incredibly thirsty:

i think yogurt is fine but if you buy the pre-sweetened types it's definitely a sugar bomb. it's best to add your own fruit to the plain version. they also make some sweetened with splenda that are pretty good.

yeah, stick with plain joghurt. I like to add raspberries and walnuts or some Kashi go lean crunch and berries

oki doki. plain yogurt it is. while we're here, i dont wanna start a new thread over it, but how are pretzels? i hear theyre nutritious for you?

I like some yogurt on occasion, usuaaly I take some high fiber cereal, mix it with plain yogurt and put that in a half of a Honeydew or Cantaloupe. Kinda high in calories but we gotta indulge sometimes.

All depends on the pretzel :) If you're ever in doubt about whether or not something's nutritious, read the nutrition label!

Like Fil says, not all pretzels are created equal. I like the ones with Sesame seeds on them instead of salt, they are actually pretty tasty.
