Hi all,
Anyone here do yoga? In P90x, there's one Yoga DVD that lasts 90 minutes. The first time I did it, I cursed and fell over and found it utterly impossible - I renamed that workout 'Yoga Death'.
But the weirdest thing is, now, 5 weeks after doing the program, I find the Yoga DVD to be one of the best aspects of it. The balance postures, the movements, the breathing, etc. - it really has helped my body get flexible! The new name for it is Darth Yoga (not utterly killer anymore.
).
Anyone else find this to be true? Stretching in general is a definite goodie for workouts as well; I never before realized how much more range of motion one can achieve when one takes the time to really stretch. It's now among my favorite aspects of working out.
Enjoy,
Barbara
