Hello everyone!
Today is my 17th birthday, and I got a Wii Fit, and it's really made me look at how bad of shape I've gotten in. When I was in 8th grade (2007), I was put on this medicine for A.D.D. which made me gain weight rapidly. In addition to that, my grandma who I was really close to passed away, and I seemed to gain about 50 pounds from January to about June. I've switched medicines since then, and now I'm ready to lose the weight.
Forgot to mention, my name is Matt, and I'm from Illinois. Hope to get to know some of you here as we all try to achieve our goals.
