YO im sick of being fat

Im 16 years old male and i weigh 75kg (which is 165lbs) and my stomach looks so freakin big it aint funny. Ive always been built big but the fat stored around my body just looks stupid. The only real problem is around my stomach and hips area. And my family is very unhealthy thats really the reason why im gaining weight. We eat barely no fruit at all but we do eat vegetables every night for dinner. I drink A LOT of Coke zero (about 600ml-2litres a day!) and im addicting to this sh...t . I dont get much excersice in my free time but at work i walk and lift heavy objects for about 5-7 hours 3 days a week.

So im finnaly gonna cut off drinking coke and switch to boring old water. And i dont know what im gonna do about eating yet though...

I want to lose about hmm 10kg by the end of the holidays which is 9 weeks

Hey Gfunk, welcome to the WLF! So what do you normally eat in an average day? Maybe we can help you figure out a plan :D.
 
Hmmmm i usually eat pies chocolate etc etc.... all that junk food really... i rarely eat takeaways though ive never liked them. But ocassionally i will get a burger or something from mcdonalds but nothing major. I eat a lot of meat and vegetables. But its cause i live so close to a dairy so i cant help but by junk food :banghead:

Hey there, sounds like your best bet to start things off is to cut out the snacks and all soda and water down any beverages with calories (drinks have a lot of empty calories so add mostly water with a little juice or drink tea with milk and little to no sugar). Just try eating three nice filling home cooked or made meals, and allow yourself a little piece of pie after lunch or something. It sounds like if you just cut back on the junk and constant snacking you'll do fine.

What do you do for exercise?
 
Hey as far as fast food, try to limit the number of times of week that you have it and if you do get it, then limit yourself to one item (and nothing "bigger" than a regular double cheese). I've overeaten in the past by eating two doublecheese's in quick succession and then feeling very gross 15 minutes later.
 
In my free time i basically do little to no excercise. But my work is i guess excersice for me im walking alot and lifting heavy object etc.
