I'm Jess, 25 from Australia but currently living in London.
I'm roughly 154 pounds (apprx 70kgs) and would love to be getting down to around 62kgs (136) to start with! I'm only 5'3" so yes, quite a shorty...
Basically, I just want to get the motivation that I lack to make myself feel better...I want to like exercise, which I certainly don't like now! I want to feel good - healthier - happier and not be contstantly plagued by the weight devil!

I'd love for any tips, advice, or a general good luck from people, as I believe that the main reason I havent been successful in hte past is due to lack of motivation on my part and lack of support (or people pushing me into it!) along the way!
