My name's Aimee, i'm 20 and i live in England. I gave birth to my first child in January, and now i'm roughly 182 pounds, but i don't think i can blame baby weight because i actually weigh more than i did just after i gave birth lol.
I'm roughly a UK size 12 - 14 (American size 6 - 8), so i don't look TOO overweight, but i know that it's probably still not a healthy weight for my height (5 foot 5 inches).
My main problem is comfort eating, and eating out of boredom - i'm currently trying (and failing daily) to break those habits!
I was aiming to do half an hour on my exercise bike each day, but the last time i used it a few months ago, a few hours later i had some sort of seizure, so exercise is a bit limited until the doctors know what triggered it (Although i'm being tested for epilepsy).
I think i've written enough for now lol so i'll see you all around i hope
