Hello all...my name is Nicolle. Nice to meet all of you...:) I have battled with being heavy since I was a child, and this last June I decided to do something about it. I am 5'6, and my weight at that time was 227...ack..that is my heaviest. I am now down to 186 and my goal is 165. I realized that there is no real "shortcut" to losing weight. I am weight training 3x a week and doing "kick my ass" cardio 3x a week. I take in about 1100 calories a day, and because I have been working out, and creating a consistent calorie deficit, I have succeeded in losing about 40 pounds. I am glad there are sites like this to support those that need to lose weight. I don't think I could've lost the weight without support from my bf, now I would like to return that support for other people wanting to do the same. Have a good day!!!
 
Hiya Nicolle well done on such a fab weight loss so far, im sure that with your exercise routine and your diet you can not fail but to get to your goal weight, keep up the good work and all the best on your weight loss journey
