Hey!
I guess i'll start by telling you all my story...In 2005 I graduated from HighSchool at 210lbs (im 5'5) I married my husband in 2006 at 180lbs and newly pregnant
.... i went on a customized atkins diet during the pregnancy and 6 weeks post partum i was down to 150 and with in 2-3 months i was down to 135... In 2008 I got pregnant again and i was 145.... I gained about 35lbs and again with in 3-4 months of having our daughter was at 135 .... this past year I started a new job and got down to 130 WOW!!... For whatever reason though.... this past holiday season... I went from 130 in november (yes 4 months ago) to 149lbs today .... i hate it... i still excercise like a banshee... I walk 5-6 miles a night and alternate with joggin and weights... usually doing 2-4 hrs of cardio a week... i still eat low carb but i eat too much.. ive been counting my calories and its really hard for me to go below 14-1500 ,... i know in the past ive lost and kept off weight doing the low carb milkshakes during the day and then eating a dinner and it gave me the flexibility of eating more leaniently on the weekends...now its like i dont eat badly but i eat more and more often... uhhhgg.... so I guess i answered my own question...go back to shakes...does any one else gain weight so easily? I mean 1500 calories doesnt seem like that much to me
