Yeah, I'm a newbie.

Hi.

I just found this site today and I really like much of what I have read thus far. I have been "dieting" since Mid March, and I have had good results, but now I want to start incorporating exercise into my daily routine *sigh. I have never been a big fan of exercise, but I know from past experience that I should get some cardio into my life lol... Not quite sure where to start, but I'm sure that I will find useful information and tips here.

I'm not a big fan of doing cardio either. But when I'm done...I feel so good!..and I'm glad I did it! ^_^
