my right wrist has been hurting for a week now... It started hurting after i lifted some weights one day.. any reason why? and what i should do to stop it from hurting?
Sometimes my wrist hurts after I bench press. I think it just has to do w/ all the stress that the weights place on your wrist. Just take some time off (5-7 days) and it should get better. If it doesn't feel any better after that, go see a doctor.
my wrist did and STILL IS hurting. at first it was just a minor pain but started to get worse until one day (2 days ago) i messed it up at work really bad. I'd reccomend you take about a weak off from stressing it like triplec223 said and if it doesn't get better go see a doctor. I need to go see one myself .
