Wow

It's great to see a free community where people can motivate others to achieve their fitness goals. Since there is no one "quick fix" to weight loss it is refreshing to see a website that promotes the ongoing process that is a healthy lifestyle. I'll try to provide some good pointers because fitness is a part of my daily life.

Once over-weight myself, I found what exercise could do for me and with determination and dedication I lost the weight and am in the best shape of my life at age 24. I mix strength training, cardio and yoga and see great results. I finally got my first six-pack! This has motivated me to help others because I know ANYONE can do it.

How about you? What are your goals in using this community?

I was healthy and I miss my old self. I want to be a positive role model for my kids and really enjoy my time with them while they are little. I am using this forum for motivation, support and a place to talk with other individuals who have similar goals (do the weight loss thing with proper nutrition and exercise), and to track my progress. I find this a great site to learn things from.
