Wow!!

Okay... I've been at this for only two weeks. And I mean "seriously" working at this. By being honest with myself about what I eat, and exercising at least 5 days a week. I started out walking a half a mile a day, and now I'm up to walking two miles a day. With a trip to the gym thrown in there a few times a week for good measure.

I've lost 11 pounds already.....!! ? I reallize that water weight plays a role, but a pair of my jeans that were starting to get pretty darn snug, I can now pull up and down without even unfastening them. I'm wearing the next size down!!! And comfortably!!

I'm so excited, and motivated to keep doing what I'm doing!! But I'm also shocked at the results so fast! I know I know, that it will slow down... and I'll have weeks when the results are very slow, maybe even unnoticable... but... WOW! That's all I can say! I'm feeling so darn good, I wish I had started LONG ago. It's amazing the results you get when you are HONEST with yourself... and I'm starting to reallize that yes, it can and WILL happen. My body CAN change. What a reallization!

That is so great! It's the best feeling in the whole wide world putting on a pair of jeans that used to not fit. :)

Good for you! Isn't it amazing how your willpower increases once you see results. I can now happily say `no thanks, I've given up sugar' when offered something I would have gobbled just a couple of months ago.
 
Congratulations! I've been at it for about two and a half weeks and have lost 14 pounds. I also went to the store and tried on the next size smaller in pants, and they fit very comfortably. Keep going! It's so worth it.
