i recently came out of a relationship with the man i thought i was supposed to spend the rest of my life with, and initially, all i wanted to do was disappear. however, one day it occurred to me that i lived a good portion of my life without him, and that if i wanted to have a great relationship again, i should probably get back in touch with myself, and love me as much as (and hopefully more than) i loved him. long story short, as of this past week, i've been kinda reclaiming my life, i weigh 210 and want to weigh about 130 so i have about 80 lbs to lose, and i'd love to talk to other people that are also trying to lose a fairly large amount of weight, or hear from people that have already accomplished this goal and how they've done it. i've posted my plan in the "diary" section of the board if you're curious about what i'm up to.
