I'm sorry if this is the wrong section, but im just needing some help working out what ineed to lose some weight.
I'm 16 years old, weigh 13 stone and am exactly 6 foot. I wish to lose 2 stone in 2 months, and am currently running on a treadmill 6-7 days a week for about an hour at a time. I eat a pretty normal diet, cereal for breakfast, maybe some fruit for lunch and what i would call 'regular' meals for dinner ie. soup, pasta, fish.
It's only been about a week so far so i was just wondering if/when i will see any improvement? And do you think i can achieve my aim? Any feedback at all would help me, thanks
