my girlfriend saw a size 0 programme last night, and she's decided she'll go to the gym each day and not eat, I don't know her weight but she's not over or under, she's a healthy weight, and she WANTS to be underweight, she tells me she's not changing her mind, but promised to me she wont go under 105 pounds (7.5 stone) *she is 5ft5* (then added "although, i do get obsessed with things")
I want her to eat, but things she knows wont add too much weight, i have no idea what i can do, please help. x
