We are just finishing a 14wk challenge where we tracked weight loss, exercise hours & water consumption. We need ideas about another challenge, 3 months, aimed more to maintenance than losses. We want to make it a contest with other offices in our company, each office as a team. I was thinking of a point system where each person would get points for good health habits and extra points for extra weight loss, exercise hours & participation in extra activities like a charity walk.
