most of my weight is in the back of my legs, not in front. Any god workouts that target the back of legs?? thanks!
you need to remember that you cannot spot reduce the fat you may have on your legs but as far as good exercises for the hamstrings, Squat is the king of exercises but if your looking for an isolation exercise hamstring raises are awesome (also known as nordics if you only do the eccentric phase)
