Hi all! I just got a monthly workout video catalogue in the mail today and went thru the toning ones to see if there were any I thought I could try. There were three that I thought might be fun:
~ Crunch - Boot Camp Training (total body workout with dumbbells)
~ Prevention: Belly, Butt and Thighs (targets my problem areas - minus abs - with weights)
~Denise Austin: Shrink Your Female Fat Zones (can't stand her, but hey, it's supposed to "shrink (my) fat zones", so what the hey)
Has anyone ever used any of these? I have another Crunch dvd that I love, but it's cardio and Lord knows I get enough of that. Also, are there any dvds that people on here use??
