Workout should be twice in a day or 1 time is sufficient?

It depends on the type, intensity and content of the training sessions.
 
hey Nick, training once a day is plenty enough and for most it will be too much. Unless you are already fit and have been training for a while, training every day will just tire you on the long run. Aim for workouts that use high intensity intervals as it will help you to lose more weight than just plain cardio/workouts.
 
High intensity intervals is NOT the answer for everybody, goals are specific to the individual as are general fitness levels and health concerns all these need to be taken into consideration before deciding in type, intensity and frequency of training.
 
In my opinion, 45mins a day 4 days a week and you will start seeing results in 2-3 months. This worked really well for me and I even began o enjoy the exercise and deffo enjoyed the results. In terms of the exercise, you do as long as you are actually doing something you will see results.
