Im a 14 year old 6 foot tall male and i currently weigh 170. I want to get in shape and loose the excess fat and turn it into muscle. I will do any rigorous routine if it works because i want to commit and change my appearance not just for looks but also for my own personal health. Do you guys know any work out routines and diet plans that are detailed for me? I also have experience with weights like i have a good form for when i do weights and such like squats and such things.
