Workout or not to workout today.

Got a question for all of you, we are going to Cedar Point this Sunday for their Halloween weekend. Sat and Sun are usually rest days for us because of the hours the gym is open. My question do I rest today and Sat because we are going to be at the amusement park walking all day and night Sunday or do I go and do a regular workout today and just use Sunday as a bonus?

Ohhhhh and the admission is free because my wife won tickets on a radio trivia.

Morning,

In your shoes, I'd do whatever my body says. For example, during the one day in which I had a two hour self defense class, I was so wiped out I didn't bother to hit the gym that day...I had already smooshed myself into a fine powder.

Thus, if you over-extend yourself at the amusement park, consider it a day that you've tried to confuse your body with a different workout. :) But if you're left feeling like you should be doing more, then hit the gym. (I did that the following day myself).

I think I going to the gym, ate my oatmeal, grabbed a shower now I feel awake. Going to do just an hour today I think. ( have said that before and ended up doing 2)
