Much to my annoyance , my husband has just spent £80 on a set of 12 dvds from a shopping advert! You know the ones, promising to help you lose loads of weight in 30 days. I havent even opened the box because im dreading it. I am so demotivated but at he same time i know i have to lose some weight fast.
