I am a vegetarian, usually I am 126 pounds 5'6'' 28 years old, stopped taking birth control and ever since, I have been steadily gaining weight even though I workout religiously 6 days a week for an hour, some days I run 5k and another 1 hour workout and im gaining weight. Last week I weighed in at 146 lbs and I'm losing my mind. Made an appointment with my doctor for later on in the month but I'm so depressed. My clothes aren't fitting me I am just sooo scared and tired and frustrated. Please help.
