Working out with your dad

My 70 year old man wants to hit the gym with me 2 to 3 times a week... i just do calisthenics think he will be alright just trying that with me ? Or should i reccomend something else? Since i only train myself.

I appreciate the enthusiams of your Dad. However, please do not put so much presure on his muscle from the very first day. Take him to a doctor for a health check up and get a chart for him. He can certainly visit Gym with you.
