ok so i been going to the gym for 2 1/2 weeks already and am wondering if am doing to much this is usually what i do
day1-chest/triceps
day2-back/biceps
day3-legs/shoulders
day4-chest/triceps
day5-back/biceps
day6-legs/shoulders
day7-off
and i do abs every 2 dayss
is this fine??
