Working out now i bruise easy

I have been working out

now i am starting to bruise easy.

I read that it could be a result of not enough fat layer under the skin

or iron deficient

I have no signs of anemia

could i just need a good multi vitamin or should i go see the doctor

I have been eating 6 balanced meals a day but sometimes dont get all my greens

Try bananas - or increasing potassium (search for foods rich in potassium)

otherwise go to a doctor if you're concerned
