Working it out right?

Hi,

Started at 317 pounds and down to 306 now so must be doing summit right.

Read on teh internet that a reduction of 3500 calories a week equates to 1 Ib of weightloss. I hope to steadily lose the weight at about 3-4 Ib a week.

Am i right in saying that if i was on track for a 4 Ib weightloss that would be a reduction of 14000 calories a week. So....

If i went out one week and had a blowout on a meal out and ended up having a 3500 calorie meal , then i should still lose 3Ib that week then shouldnt i?

Thats not a good way to think about it.
getting you Cal intake down, is what you have to do to loose poundage.
And a reward for that is OK. But to think of it as - I was good... So I can be bad..... :newangel:
Is what got me into trouble and I lost my will to loose weight.
(it took a long time for me to come back,I fell hard)
I just want you to keep up the good work. And please don't loose your spark!:hurray:
