Hi Everyone! I've been browsing the forums for the past few days, and the level to which people are helpful here as encouraged me to post my questions in hopes to for some insight.
I am 26 years old, 6'1 and 225 lbs. I used to be pretty active, i'd surf a lot, play raquet ball, never had to worry about my weight. Well 2 years ago i got a job at as a producer at a small software development company.I went from being active during days and working nights, to working 12+ hours a 5 days a week sitting at a computer all day.
I wanted to see what the community here would recommend with my hectic schedule. My goal is to get up early and workout before work with a mix of cardio and weights.
My main question would be diet. Should i eat before the gym, something small? Or should i eat heavy protein afterwards?
