Work Out Songs?

i actually enjoy running on the treadmill lately to Pain by three days grace... its an amazing song to run along too haha.....

It gets me pumped. i know im weird haha.

also... my song for crunches.... Heartless by Kanye West. The tempo is perfect for crunches :troll:

Depends on what kind of mood I'm in, i.e. tired & slumpy, angry & aggressive, pumped & positive, etc. When I'm feeling angry & aggressive I want loud fast music with LOTS of crunchy guitars. Ready To Go by Republica is a good example of what I want to hear when I'm pissed off, or any fast song by Lush from the mid to late 1990s.

My workout songs are an odd mixture...one of my favorites is actually "Don't Stop Me Now" by Queen. Most of their songs are so stupid but this one seems to match my pace well on the elliptical. That's probably why I like it.

I also like to listen to music in foreign languages that I can speak; thinking about what they're saying and trying to contextualize the lyrics sometimes takes my mind off what I'm doing. I don't like to listen to spoken word stuff though...books on tape, comedy albums, etc., just don't do it for me.

Agreed with Every time we touch!!! That song always gets me in the mood to run!
