So many tracks!:) Quick idea though, if you go to and put in creamfields in the seacrch criteria it will give you back some mp3`s you can listen to which is dance music, very very good to work out to.

Hi

Some of these may be old songs but they certainly motivate me to work out :)

It's Raining Men-Geri Haliwell

Movin' On Up-M People

Flathead-The Fratellis

Somebody Told Me-The Killers

Little less Conversation-Elvis

Fall Out Boy-This Ain't a Scene, it's an Arms Race

I personally love almost anything 80's while I'm running. I also like clubish music that has a good beat. Anything that keeps me running. 80's tunes are awesome tho, imo...

hi im new here, and being a computer nerd for so long, ive heard every piece of music ever, im constantly plugged in to mp3's
when i work out, i get sore legs etc, but thats why i listen to new metal NEW
not that guitar solo stuff, which is terrible
i mean heavy drums etc
only one i can think of off the top of my head is "disturbed"
they are a good metal band, been around for ages
and when you are sore, and the start of a new song kicks in you just get pumped for forget about the pain and push harder

That 1-100 does suck. How can you work out to This is why Im hot? You gotta get pumped to workout and just because the song is about "being hot" it doesnt constitute a good workout song.

Some that come to mind are Kanye ~ Stronger, new Finger Eleven song, old Metallica, AC/DC, Bia Bia ~ Lil John (hell almost any Lil John produced track works).

Songs/Music that gets you pumped

So I was wondering what music do you all listen to when working out. I personally listen to metal like Metallica and Iron Maiden because of how fast it is and how pumped I get while listening to it.

So give me some song suggestions that you guys listen too. Hope this was the right forum.

One from me is Motley Crue - Kickstart My Heart
