really I have tons of favourites.... like virtually all genres 'cept for rap... although lately there have been some exceptions.
 
i heart rap.. sounds so yummy on the subs in the trunk of my car. :D

I have an eclectic taste in music... my ipod is aslo know as 'the obomination' 50 cent next to the Dixie Chicks, The Weepies seated between Nirvana and Lynard Skynard. I'm all over the place!

Lately I'm been listening to a ton of rock though, Audio Slave, Hinder (just not Lips of an Angel *gags*), Tool, POD, Incubus, The Starks (local Arkansas band - they rock my socks..lol) Rob Zombie, Pearl Jam, Korn.. actually have Ozzy singing Ironman right now :D -|..|

Cool down songs are good is they're slow.. That way you're not going to be too hyped up and pull something when you're stretching.

Motivation Music!

I need some new motivating work-out songs for my IPod. Does anyone have any suggestions? I do a lot of cardio, so I need some songs with really great beats.
 
well i don't know what kind of music you like but some music that really pumps me up is AC/DC, billy joel, rolling stones, ok go, rap/hip hop is good. you can also go to fitnessmag.com (i think thats the right magazine) and they have play list suggestions (it may also be shape.com). GOod music is definalty a must while doing cardio, hope my suggestions helped!!
