Work out regiment

There are probably myriads of threads out there asking the same question but I always feel that I never get the same answer I would if I asked myself. So excuse me for this.

Alright well my goal is to mainly lose weight. Gaining a little muscle here and there would not hurt but it is nowhere close to being my primary goal. So I want all of you kind experts out there to tell me what kind of exercises I should do in order to drop that excess weight. How often should I do them and all of that fun stuff.

Sorry if this has been asked multiple times before.
 
hate to say it, but primary thing you need to do is watch the diet. Calories in vs calories out is what makes you gain or loose weight.

Exercise is good to make you burn a few extras and help feel good and tone yourself though, so anything you want to do is good. Just dont fool yourself into thinking you can exercise and not change the diet and loose weight :)

I find doing sports that i enjoy works best, exercise keeps me fit and in good shape and im able to now maintain the weight lost easier
