Hello from Ontario Canada!
I found this site while in a search to find diet ad weightloss supporters. I have been a member to a diet/weightloss support site before but found it was lacking something and I hope that I find it here. I have been an unhappy camper with my weight for quite sometime now. My heaviest weight was 184 and after many trials and errors I finally discovered low carb. With that diet I was able to lose 44 lbs! I maintained that loss for over a year and slowly a lb here and a lb here crept thier way back into my life. I gained back 24 lbs only to lose 10 of those nasty suckers recently and I'm in hopes of losing the remaining 14 and then some. SO! I'm focusing on my long term goal of seeing 130lb! And maintaining it! I can and I WILL DO THIS! With the year passing by so quickly my 35th birthday wll be here before I know it! Oooooh how I want to be at goal by then!
Effective this morning I have re-established my low carb way of eating. I also clocked up over 9,000 steps already for the day. I'm lacking in the water department! Off I go to grab a liter! And relish in the fact that I am now back on track!
