Wondering about muscle loss

So I read that thread about the 5 best ways to gain fat loss right.. and i do basicly 4-5 of those... But i have lost 51 pounds already.. I fear that I have lost most of my muscle mass... I am currently trying to get some weights to do some weight training. I need advice on that too. How can I fix this and should I continue doing what i'm doing and lose weight without checking for the 5 rules. need helppppp aaaaa... prontoo....
