So I forget where I was reading this, either online in a mag

that woman shouldnt weigh themselves 1 week before and during
your period?! I dont know if this is true or not, I know there are
some fit weight loss guru's in this forum so please let me know
..I find it very interesting!!

I found If i did not drink enough water then i didnt loose as much weight, however whenever i had my period I would not loose any weight and the week following i would drop twice as much (water weight?)

I always seem to be about 1-2lbs heavier when im on my period. I just take that into account when I weigh in... its because we retain water at that time.
 
yeah, i always weigh heavy on my period week. Once i get my period i drop it normally on the 2nd day or so.
Some people on here have gained up to 6-8lb in a week, only to drop it the next when they get their thing .. glad mines only ever 2-3lb lol
 
As with anything else having to do with weight loss, everyone is different. A lot of women gain water weight just before or during that time. I don't. So weighing myself then doesn't matter.
