Will this lose me weight?

If i go on the exercise bike for 20 mins in the morning before i eat breakfast and then another 20 mins at about 8pm (which would be around 3-4 hours after dinner). Eating 3 balanced meals a day with something like fruit in between for a snack?
I would also go to the gym 2 times a week for 90 min sessions(i know its not much but i live far away from it and it costs alot to get there). I only lift weights at the gym and do no cardio. Also lift dumbells everyday 20x4.
Thanks

Eat something an hour before cardio. Oatmeal boiled in skim milk with fruit is a good choice.

If you're trying to lose body fat, I would recommend HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), 2x/week, and don't bother with anything else that day.

Everything else is fine with your workout, but you didn't say what you do at the gym. If you're not sure of your gym workout, I'd recommend HGM, first phase, beginner. I don't think it'll take 90mins though, but it's prescribed 2x/wk.

Hi there,
first don't lift weights every day. You need to rest your muscles 48 hours in between workouts.
Some people have good luck with fasted cardio, but it tends to make you hungrier throughout the day and end up eating more. Try eating before workouts.
Also, try to eat more often (at least every 3 hours) and make your meals all balanced with complex carbs and lean proteins.
You can mix up your cardio. Some long slow sessions and some high intensity intervals. You can actually do the high intensity intervals on your bike.

Hop ethat info was helpful and feel free to let me know if I cna be more helpful.

Thanks for advice. HIIT is like bursts of fast paced exercise? Like if im going on the bike normally i cycle fast as possible for 1 min?

Sort of. You start at a moderate pace for 1 minute, then crank up the pace to 90 or 95% of your Maximum Heart Rate (MHR). Continue at this effort for 15 to 20 seconds, then slow down to your starting pace for another minute followed by another all-out sprint for 15 to 20 seconds. Continue that for maybe 20 mins or so. Remember to warm up first, stretch, workout, cool down, and after that stretch a little more. Those times are just an example, if you want to change them then go for it...but keep it somewhat like that.

how much time should be between eating and working out. Because i work out right away after I wake up in the morning. Is that really bad.
