Before you begin your quest to loose the pounds from the belly, you should do a colon cleanse to remove the toxins and excess from your stomach. Then follow that up with an intense, every day ab work out. The next thing you need to watch is your diet. Eat regularly but eat small portions. Get a protein shake mix (GNC is a great source) and drink this as much as possible when you feel hungry. It will fill you up and you wont have to worry about extra fat. If you're going to do ABS, don't do the AB work out I see most people do, lying your back. Stand up and lift your legs up to your stomach.
Here's how:
1) Lift your left leg up as if you want your knee to touch your stomach, while at the same time bring your upper body down to meet your knee, while breathing out. This is important. You MUST breathe OUT while crunching.
2) Bring your foot down, while breathing in.
3) Do this for 10 reps on this one leg.
4) Repeat procedure above for the right leg.
5) Repeat this every morning as part of your regular workout.
The reason I say "every morning" is because I know some people have to hit the road to work. If this is the case with you, and you can only spare 10 min each morning, this will go along way, provided you do it every day.
