will i lose weight

hi all im new an just wanted to find some tips to lose weight

i walk for 80 mins a day to work an back
had an apple an a tin of soup
an just about to have a few chips an 3 turkey drumers
then i will do 30 push an sit ups before i go to bed
will i lose weight on todays events an food?
 
You will lose alot of calories, but it takes at least one week to lose 1lb or more. In one pound there is 3,500 calories. I think it will be good for you to keep a journal on how much calories you take in and how much you lose. Good Luck

EAting the way you describe, you may lose weight at first, but it will be muscle mass as well as fat, and eventually your weight loss will stall because you're damaging your metabolism by not eating enough.

You need to figure out a healthy amount of calories to eat and look at losing weight at a healthy rate.
