will i lose fat by doing the following and how much time will it take?

i am 13 yrs .height 5'4,weight 154 pounds only with pure fat(man boobs,lovehandles,belly)body type endomorph

monday:circuit training (squats,lunges,dumbbell curl,pull ups,push ups,bench dips.30 seconds each with 20 seconds rest between two exercise I repeat the circuit for 3 times)
tuesday:walk for about 10 minutes ,jump rope 600 times.(i cant do any more cardio cause i have shin spilts)
wednesday:same as monday
thursday:same as tuesday
friday:same as monday
saturday:same as tuesday
sunday:restday i do nothing .

the things i eat everyday:breakfast:sandwich with salad without butter.
lunch:about 100gms of cooked white rice with vegetables,fish,egg and sometimes chicken.
afternoon:fruits,milk
dinner:same as lunch
 
You need to alter your diet. You can't just eat the same things over an over again. And if you have shin splints, skipping (jump rope) will hurt. It will have the same
Effect as running, so might to look into something else like swimming.
Do you play sports at all? That is always a good way to help loose weight. By your doing the right sort of thing by exercising and cutting back on food and making it more healthy.
