Lost about 16 on it
I'm on the COhen program now, but prior to that, I pretty much just adjusted the way I ate, but still a lot of fast food, and did the Wii Fit.
I lost about 16 lbs.
I think the best ones to work up a sweat are the Super Hula Hoop for 6 minutes, Advanced Boxing for 6 minutes and the Free Step for 30 minutes.
A lot of people don't do the free step, but it is really cool feature. You basically start the program and then, if you have your sound system turned right, you switch back to regular TV or a movie or whatever, and your Wii system still on and the Wii Remote set the pace for your stepping onto and off of the board.
I usually Wii Free Step during the Hills. You can speed up the tempo or slow it down with the remote and also pick different beats to go by.
Anyone else use this feature?
