Why?

What makes people reply to a thread? I write them asking for people's help and no-one replies-someone writes one with Atkins in the title and a lot more ppl read-surely we all want the same thing and should share all tips with each other?

Sometimes a thread goes un-noticed... Don't know why. Many people only search (like me) by clicking: New Posts which may not show every "truely" new post. So, try posting a reply that just says, "Bump" on your unanswered post.

We try to answer everything we feel qualified (or have an opinion) on.

BTW - This prolly should have been posted in "Member's Lounge."

(;

Sorry,

Sometimes people ask questions that have been answered over and over and over and over and.... you get the idea. These questions can most times be answered if the member would have done a quick search.

Just ask abear what types of food we should be eating. I bet you get something like this:

:D

Other times I get side tracked after clicking on "New Posts" and never actually see all the questions.

"Bump" is a great suggestion. If you still don't get your question answered you can always PM someone you respect in the community directly.

DM

also give it time. even with my desk job i only visit here once a day sometimes.

oh and by the way heres a good food list..........

damn you detroit muscle!!!!!!! :D :D :D

Also, There are more people on this board with questions than people with answers. I recently made a post that hasn't gotten a reply. I don't think people don't care about it ...the ones reading it just don't have the answer.

To add on to the above....

we do get tired of the same questions...especially when all someone has to do is research for 5 min. You can only reply to a blanket question like how do I lose weight so many times. It takes longer to reply to those questions than it does to just post a link. Then this forum would turn into a link trading fest.
Nothing against you, just getting that out there.
And welcome to the forum.
