So Yes, I started on my diet and exercise and did look flabby in the mirror. So I looked up it and found this article and wanted to see what you guys thoughts. Though everything makes sense, it kinda suck that you have to look flabby for approximately a month, according to the article.
I guess my question is, is there anything to help the process, in the article it mentions the loss of water and Glycogen, when first dieting, would it help if I drank more water and ate a balanced meal, with like 50% protein and 50% carbs? let me know what you guys think. thanks
