Ok so were do i start, 15 years old 5'0 126lbs, I really am desperate to loose weight guys ive tried every diet in the book and excercise everyday. I hate looking at my self in the Mirror :(
Does anyone no of a diet which has ever worked????

Here is the most effective diet ever: Eat 500 calories less than you use and you will lose one pound a week. 3500 calories in a pound, your best diet involves simple mathematics and balancing your nutrients.

The thing is, fad diets will only give you temporary weight loss and usually it's just water weight you are losing. You want fat to be lost and that requires a balanced diet with a loose restriction on calories.

To start, get a rough estimate of your BMR, only use the part that says base metabolic rate.


Take that, eat 500 calories less than what it takes to maintain. For every hour you exercise, add maybe 100 calories if its light-moderate and 150 if its heavy. Make sure those extra calories are higher in protein so your body can recover from exercise better.

Start counting your calories and find easy places where you can make cuts. Things like soda and candy are obvious choices. Take it one small step at a time and you WILL lose the weight.
