Hello!

I am new to these forums and I hope to gain some guidance over the following months to help me achieve my goals. In 2006 I was about 220+ pounds and now 2 years later, I weight 160. I have kept the weight off for 2 years now and I am very proud of myself. I hope to help others in achieving and realizing their weight loss goals, it's honestly the best feeling to have lost all that weight.

I hope to have a great time here and to enjoy this community!

I do have a question. What was your lowest weight and when you stopped losing what range did you stay in? What was the most you put back on?

trying to decide how low to go and what range to allow myself.

to matt, my lowest is my current weight, I haven't put any back on since I started 2 years ago. Aim for a healthy weight and try to keep yourself in that zone.
 
Sounds like you've done great... that's awesome that you've maintained your loss!!
Wish I could say the same.. ;) LOL.
