Hey everyone.
My name is...ponykins. :) Well, not really, but that's what it is for now.
I'm a teenaged girl...almost seventeen, to be exact.
I'm here because I'd like to lose about 25 pounds and I know what to do, but I need tips and encouragement. Pretty much all of the information you need to know about me is in my signature. :)

hii im a teenage girl to 14 to be exact and i need to lose 10-15 pounds, maybe we could swap tips!? I'm a vegetarian and im completly lost and really need help!! x
 
hey xsmilex,

all i will say with being a vegetarian is make sure you get on some good sites on the net on tips on getting a varied diet, especially protein sources. i have worked with far to many clients that eat deficiently for years as a veggie and it eventually catches up with them a few years down the line due to lack of protein and varied fats.

a few quick onces are hemp, beans and pulses, sproted grains and beans, tempeh (i would avoid soy, the research against its use is too strong) etc
