Has anyone ever been a position where you tried to lose weight, using a variety of methods, and nothing has worked?
I know I'm not just being lazy, that is trying some fad diet for a week and hoping to lose 20 lbs, I'm talking about good-ole fashioned diet and exercise and I can't seem to 'drop' weight, what ends up happening is my weight gain stalls.
So how do I find out what works with my body? I'm so sick of experimentation because I'm always left with failure. I'm not looking for a miracle, just some regiment that will WORK.
For those who've been in my position, has it been a change in diet or a change in exercise that's done the trick? Or a combination of both?
(For the record I'm a 5'10 .. 230lbs male)
