Why can't I keep off what I lost?!?

Ok so here's the thing. I have been watching what I eat and working out about 4 days a week for the past 3 weeks or so but I swear I am going insane when I get on the scale. I can tell I have become a little more toned (not much though) clothes are slightly looser but not alot. The thing is I keep going back and forth with with the same 4 or 5 lbs and I can't seem to shake them!! As I have posted before here, I started at 184 and have gone down to 179, but back to 183, then to 181 and then to 184 (at one point up to 185), but it seems like within a day or so I gain and lose the same lbs over and over again and it's beyond frustrating!! I started feeling better about 2 days ago when I was hovering around 179 ( I so desperately want out of the 180 Club!!), but then today I'm back at 183.8. :eek: I will keep with what I'm doing, but I really really want to change my weight ticker thing below here, but won't because it never stays the same for longer than a day. Argh!!
 
Hi, you could try posting in the harsh truth forum with a detailed breakdown of what you're eating (and the calories) and the exercise you're doing. One of our resident experts might be able to help :)
