It's called exercise and cutting calories. Look it up under "eating healthily and not being sucked into diet pill scams."

;)

There isn't a quick fix. If you want to lose weight/get healthier you have to work for it. Stop looking for other things to do the work for you. You have to do it yourself. If you want it enough you should be willing to do this.

is there a supressor pill so when i work out the weights feel lighter? and if so which is it...

I don't intend to be mean - but, are you joking? Why don't you just start with lighter weights and work up to heavier ones?? There is lots of awesome advice on here and most of the posts I have found lean towards putting in the effort to get the results - because anything worth having is worth working for! You can do it! You will feel great doing it yourself too! What an accomplishment, you can achieve it.

Yeah, that stuff is great. Especially the part where it increases appetite and completely negates your weight lifting by making you stuff your face because you've got the munchies....:sifone:

And I agree with everybody else. There is no weight loss pill that works. If you want to lose weight, work for it, don't expect something else to do it for you.

Hi,
I suggest you to use Aphendaxine375 to lose your weight as i used it months ago and was quite successful...
Thanks

Thats an awful suggestion. Here at WLF. we like to promote healthy weight loss and exercise. Pills are not the answer.

Not to hijack his thread, we all know the way to get it done is cut calories and exercise... However in my situation, I need something to help me with energy? Does anyone have recommendations? I spend 2 hrs at the gym a day and I usually go right after school, so it can become tiring to get started.

Try having a snack or shake before working out. Preferably a snack containing 'complex' carbohydrates. Also, try to have some carbohydrate and protein soon after your workout (ideally within 30 mins) to replenish your energy (glycogen) for your next workout. Having the protein after a workout also helps to build or at least maintain muscle. If you're not properly recovered from your last workout, chances are you won't have much energy for the next one. It depends what you're doing for training and what your goals are, but since you're working out for more than 60 mins, you might benefit from a sports drink containing carbs to help keep you going.

Also, make sure you're getting enough sleep, not skipping meals, and drinking plenty of water. :)

Those are great suggestions. ^^^^^^^^

If you're looking for a supplement there are MANY to choose from. I got a free little container of pre-workout supp called superpumped 250 (an energy powder you mix with water and drink 30 mins before lifting) when I bought my whey protein from bodybuilding. I thought that it was pretty good and I felt like I had no problems with putting in a long workout because I had the stamina. However, I don't hardly ever use it. There are plenty of reviews on that site as well for their products from many people that have tried them or use them.

I don't want to sound ridiculous or anything, but I think the OP has a valid point.

I hear about these guys eating under 1500 calories a day. I don't think I've done that since 1st grade. If I did that, I'd literally collapse from fatigue (I'm 220 lbs) or end up binge eating because I can't handle the lack of calories in my system.

There HAS to be a pill that either suppresses appetite or adds INSANE amounts of energy to compensate what I think is an unhealthy amount of calories shaved from the normal diet.

No, what you want is a pill that makes you lose weight faster. You don't have to cut insane amounts of calories to lose weight..you just have to stop expecting to lose weight in an insane amount of time. That's the biggest problem. We expect now..instead of realizing that it is going to take time.

Cut your calories and increase your activity in a reasonable way and the weight will come off. It just takes time and patience.

DO NOT BUY PILLS - ESPECIALLY PRESCOPODENE; IT IS A SCAM.

My wife tried a couple of pills, but no help. She still insisted to buy pills, so I ended up buying a good one after an internet search. We ordered PRESCOPODENE, as we found that one of the best on the market. It came in a week. Forget losing weight or suppressing apetite, it did not have any affect on my wife. She told me to try. I tried for a week, it increased my apetite. We returned it immediately, since there was a money back guarantee in 30 days. We contacted many times, they have neither contacted us or refunded our money back. Although they claimed to be a USA company, I tracked my credit card payment to Panama, about which I heard many scams.

Money wasted for nothing. It has been a good lesson to us. Pills do not work at all; they are all gimmick.

SOLUTION: WORK HARD, WATCH YOUR DIET. There is no magic pill.

I was 392 pounds. I started eating 1500 a day 6 days a week for 5 weeks and started riding stationary bikes now I'm 370. So first of all your at my goal weight and secondly I'm sure you can handle that. At 220 you still burn more than 15k a day by just being alive.

AFirstly,I have also looked into weight loss supplements and aids, and I fooled myself into thinking they may work, and even though I haven' tried any, I can confidently say they are not good for you. They will mess up your metabolism, and if they make you lose the weight too fast, you will just regain it. You can't stay on pills your entire life so need to lose the weight 'naturally' and whilst this may seem slow (trust me I have given up so many times and am still not too close to my weight target) it really is the best way, it will also teach you to maintan your weight.

About the muscle thing, I don't know if you were joking, but you can only lift what your body is physically capable of lifting. As someone sensibly mentioned, you need to start off with lighter weights and gradually build up muscle. While you lift weights, and feel the burn, etc, your muscles will get tiny microtears, you will probably feel some sorenss but this will go away within a few days. When your muscle regenerated, it will grow back bigger, and as this process repeats, your muscle strands will keep increasing in size.

I had a completely different experience with Prescopodene. I found them to be a good company to deal with. I was hoping I'd lose more weight though. In the 2 months I am on Prescopodene I only lost 8.2 kg. I know it sounds ok and higher than the usual diet and exercise we all do, but I was expecting to lose 10+kilos. I was 99kg (close enough to 100kilos) and i wanted to get to 80's weight before Valentine's day. But I only got down to around 91 kilos.

I know I sound a bit excited or worse exaggerated. And I know I need to do more work to be able to lose more. Prescopodene helps me suppress my appetite. So I think not all pills will do you harm. Some work for you and some don't. We all need to be careful in choosing the right pill for us. Or better yet, if you can do it alone, without the help of pills, do it.

My two cents.

I have tried Prescopodene for almost 6 months. I am a proud new mom but I can't say the same about my weight. I have been struggling to get back to shape after I had my baby but nothing seems to work. I have tried quite a number of weight loss pills in the market but they only gave me awful side effects. Thankfully, it was a totally new experience with Prescopodene. I felt my appetite decreased within a few days of taking the capsules before meal time. My weight dropped in about 2 weeks time and has gradually been dropping since then. I am so happy that I have lost 4 inches on my waist and is feeling much more confident about how I look.
