I've had a regular scale for quite some time (where it actually has the needle that points to the poundage) and just picked up a new . Well... the two scales read about 5lbs differently.
Old scale: reads similar to the gym, but then I couldn't truly tell at the gym since I was fully clothed and it was after a work out...
New scale: Reads the same as my bf's and he says it's very close to the doctor's scale.
The new one says I'm down an extra 3-5lbs (which I love) but I want my weight loss (and starting weight) to be accurate. What should I do?
