Which is more effective

Over the past 8 months I have lost a lot of weight, and I only have 60 more lbs to go. Last year I jogged 60 minutes every morning (At about 4.5 mph) but with the new year, I started working out at night too. I have tried some lifting, and some resistance training, and a few Class exersize stuff etc. but I don't really like any of them. Is there any reason not to just jog in the afternoon as well? (That would mean that I would probably jog 5.5 miles in the moring and 4.5 at night. Is that unproductive for the weight loss?)

Thanks for any help you guys can offer on this.

I think you'd be doing yourself a disservice by not doing strength training - to keep the muscle you have and to build more - all cardio all the time doesn't doesnt' help to retain strength....

Spend some time reading the stickied threads in the exercise forum - you might get some new ideas...
